New Delhi: People all throughout the world will commemorate the tenth International Yoga Day tomorrow on June 21. The purpose of the day is to increase public knowledge of the many psychological, spiritual, and physical advantages of Yoga.

Every year, International Yoga Day chooses a different theme to center the festivities and events around a different facet of yoga. 2024's theme is "Yoga for Self and Society."

The combination of the human body and mind is symbolized by the Sanskrit term "Yoga," which means "to join or to unite." It is a comprehensive workout that is essential for developing resilience and strength.
