Shivam Patel, a resident of Karauta village of Maharajganj UP is just 18. On Sunday he overcame all the obstacles and hoisted the National Flag on the Kala Patthar, located at a distance of 5600 meters from the sea shore.
Shivam Patel has humbly dedicated this achievement to the people of India.
