Uttarakhand: Devotees throng Kedarnath Dham on second Monday of Shravan month

Rudraprayag: A large number of pilgrims and local devotees performed Jalabhishek and Dudhbhishek of Lord Kedarnath. On this occasion, special prayers and worship of Lord Kedarnath were also performed on the second Monday of Shravan month.

Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) President Ajendra Ajay said that till now more than nineteen and a half lakh pilgrims have visited Shri Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham, out of which a record eleven and a quarter lakh pilgrims have reached Shri Kedarnath Dham for darshan.
