Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday offered prayers at the Kaal Bhairav temple in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi.
Varanasi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday offered prayers at the Kaal Bhairav temple in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi.
PM Modi after reaching here went to the Kaal Bhairav temple directly from the airport. Kaal Bhairav is also termed as the " Kotwal of Kashi'.

The PM prayed before the Kaal Bhairav and did aarti .
Chief minister Yogi Adityanath was also present along with the PM. Later PM, while going to Khirkiya ghat, came down from his vehicle in the narrow lanes of his constituency and waved to the people amid chanting of " Har Har Modi".
