Rae Bareli: Some swords, guns and other weapons believed to be of ancient times were accidently found during digging under tree root here on Monday. People in huge numbers turned up to have a glimpse of the old weapons.
According to Dynamite News reporter, the weapons have been found in Dedaur village of Sadar tehsil under Gurbakhshganj police station.

A few months ago, an old Mahua tree had uprooted in the garden of Ashish, a resident of the village. On Monday while Ashish was getting the remaining stump of the tree removed with the help of a JCB machine, it was then that some old swords and guns were found under the root.
The news about the old weapons soon spread in the village and surrounding areas and people started gathering there to see the weapons. The weapons found are covered with junk and rust.
