Lucknow: Young MLA Rahul Prakash Kol from Chhanbey assembly seat of Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh passed away on Thursday. Apna Dal(S) MLA Rahul was undergoing treatment at the Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital in Mumbai. He has been suffering from cancer for quite some time.
Many leaders and political parties including BJP, Apna Dal(S), SP have expressed deep condolences on the demise of Rahul Prakash Kol.

Apna Dal(S) Party President Anupriya Patel confirmed the death of Rahul Prakash Kol.
Rahul Prakash Kol won the Chhanbey assembly seat for the second consecutive term. He became the youngest MLA in the 2017 Vidhan Sabha elections. His father Pakaudi Lal Kol is the Apna Dal(S) MP from Robertsganj seat.
