UP will again elect Akhilesh: Mulayam Singh
Samajwadi dispensation has worked for the poor, the farmers and all other sections of the society, Mulayam said Akhilesh will become the Chief Minister again.
Saifai (Uttar Pradesh) : Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh on Sunday said Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav-led government has done adequate developmental work in Uttar Pradesh, adding that people of the state have no reason to not choose his son again.
Asserting that the Samajwadi dispensation has worked for the poor, the farmers and all other sections of the society, Mulayam said Akhilesh will become the Chief Minister again.
"Developmental work has been done in UP and Akhilesh will once again be the CM. The people have always supported our family, they made me the Chief Minister, they made Akhilesh the CM. Our party has worked for the farmers, for poor, there is no reason for the state to not select us," said Mulayam
Further taking the occasion to exude unity within the family, Mulayam, when posed a question on Shivpal's luck in ongoing polls said, "He (Shivpal Singh Yadav) will win by a large margin."

Accompanying father-in-law, Aparna Yadav also slammed the opposition parties for over playing the family crisis and said, "We are one family. And have come together to vote. Our condition is superb. We will win, there is no reason for us to not win."
With the ongoing polling for the third phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, a total of 24.19 percent voter turnout was recorded on Sunday till 11 a.m.
With over 826 candidates from 105 political parties contesting for 69 seats, polling began on Sunday morning for the crucial third phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections.
The polling began at 7 a.m. and will continue till 5 in the evening. Polling parties have been sent to polling centers amid tight security.

The districts going for polling in this phase are Farrukhabad, Hardoi, Kannauj, Mainpuri, Etawah, Kanpur, Kanpur Dehat, Auraiya, Lucknow, Unnao, Sitapur and Barabanki.
There are 2 crore and 41 lakh voters, including over 1 crore 10 lakh women and 1028 third gender who will decide the political fate of 826 candidates including 105 women in the fray.
Sixteen thousand 681 polling centers and 25 thousand 607 polling stations have been erected for polling. (With ANI inputs)
