Lucknow: After the allegations of paper leak, the Uttar Pradesh government, on Saturday, cancelled the UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination-2024 held on February 17 and 18. The re-examination will be held within six months.

In the mean time, the state government has ordered an investigation in the paper leak case by the UP STF.

The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that those found guilty in using unfair means during the exam on February 17-18 will face strict action.

“Those involved in using unfair means are under STF radar, and some big arrests have happened,” the CM said in a statement.
