Gorakhpur: The Khajni Police of Gorakhpur district have filed a case against a man, who died 15 years ago, in a land dispute case.
According to a Dynamite News correspondent, there was an ongoing land dispute in Bhitni village of Bari Banduari, under the Khajni police station area. In this dispute, one party filed a case under some serious charges against Rajaram, Karmbir, Shyam Sundar Yadav, Raj Narayan, and others. The shocking part is that one of the accused, Shyam Sundar Yadav, passed away on December 28, 2010.
