Dynamite News UP Minister's sister duped with Rs49L for a flat by former MLA

Ghazipur: Subhash Pasi, a former MLA from Saidpur twice from Samajwadi Party and is currently associated with Nishad Party, which is in alliance with BJP, and his wife Reena Pasi have been arrested by Hardoi Police.
Subhash Pasi and his wife are accused of cheating of Rs49 lakh in the name of a flat to be given to the sister of UP Minister Nitin Agarwal.

According to Dynamite News correspondent, an FIR was lodged by Nitin Agarwal's sister against Subhash Pasi and his wife. After which the police filed a charge sheet in the court. Regarding this, non-bailable warrant was issued against Subhash Pasi by the court.
Non-bailable warrant against Subhash Pasi
In the same case, CJM Hardoi had also issued a non-bailable warrant against Subhash Pasi and his wife Reena Pasi on January 9. After which Hardoi police arrested both of them and produced them in the court.

Subhash Pasi has been an MLA from Saidpur seat
Subhash Pasi has been an MLA from Samajwadi Party from Saidpur seat of Ghazipur in the year 2012 and 2017. However, he is currently associated with Nishad Party, which is in alliance with BJP in Uttar Pradesh. In the 2022 assembly elections, Subhash Pasi was given a ticket by the Samajwadi Party but he suffered a crushing defeat.
