Lucknow: A heartbreaking incident has come to light in Karma village of Dildarnagar police station area of ​​Ghazipur district, in which three members of a family lost their lives after being struck by lightning. 

This tragic incident occurred on Thursday when the husband-wife and their younger son were returning to their home. As soon as they tried to ride the bike on the link road of the village, lightning struck them with a strong thunder.

According to the Dynamite News correspondent, Ravi Shankar Kushwaha (32), a resident of Karma village, was working in a private company in Delhi. Recently he returned to his village to attend a wedding ceremony in relatives and to celebrate the festival of Holi. He decided to go to his in-laws' house on March 19 with his wife Saroj Kushwaha (30) and eight-month-old son Ankush.

The three-member family was returning to their home on Thursday morning. As soon as they turned from the main road to the link road, suddenly lightning struck the sky with a loud thunder. This unexpected incident became a terrible accident for Ravishankar, his wife Saroj and younger son Ankush. All three fell unconscious on the road due to lightning.

Villagers At Help

The villagers immediately admitted them to a private hospital in Dildarnagar. The doctors there referred them after seeing the critical condition after first aid. On reaching another private hospital, the doctors declared the couple and their younger son dead.

On receiving the news of this tragedy, there was chaos in the whole family. Everyone quickly rushed to the hospital where they saw their loved ones for the last time. The whole atmosphere became sad with their sobs and tears.

At the same time, as soon as the information of the incident was received, the local police and the regional lekhpal also reached the spot and started legal action. SHO Ashok Mishra said that after taking the bodies in possession, they are engaged in following the necessary legal process.

This tragic incident has become a cause of deep shock not only for that family but for the entire village. The villagers are mourning about this incident and everyone's heart is in panic.
