UP Graduate Exam: Marking pattern to change from marks and percentage to grading system

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, after a meeting with officials of Higher Education Department, has announced the introduction of Grading System in the graduate examination evaluation in the state.

Now in place of marks and percentage shown in the mark-sheet, grades will be allotted. Under this system the students will be assessed in 10 grades. However, the past percentage of each written and practical exam will remain 33 percent.
