UP Govt Transfers IAS Officers; New DMs Appointed in Ayodhya, Chandauli, Amethi, Badaun, Etawah and Kannauj

Lucknow: The government of Uttar Pradesh has shuffled some IAS officials, designating new District Magistrates (DMs) in Ayodhya, Chandauli, Amethi, Badaun, Etawah, and Kannauj.

This is a part of an administrative reorganisation in view of key governance efforts.

No official explanation was given, though such transfers are common in bureaucratic redeployment.
