UP government transfers 9 senior IPS officers including police commissioner of Kanpur and ADG of Agra zone

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government on Saturday transferred 9 senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers, including Police Commissioner of Kanpur BP Jogdand, official sources said here.
Police sources said that Police Commissioner Kanpur BP Jogdand has been transferred as Additional Director General of Police (ADG) Woman and Child Safety Organisation. ADG UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board Dr RK Swarnakar has been posted as new Police Commissioner of Kanpur.
ADG Agra zone Rajiv Krishna has been transferred as ADG Vigilance Organisation, Lucknow. ADG Traffic and Road Safety Anupam Kulshrestha has been posted in Rajiv Krishna's place.
