The Finance Minister announced to allocate 11% budget for financial assistance to farmers, crop insurance, solar pump scheme, sugarcane price payment, etc.
13% budget has been allocated in the field of education, in which there is a plan to create ICT labs in schools, smart classes, digital libraries in polytechnics etc.
