UP ByElection: Voting underway for 9 assembly seats

Lucknow: Byelection is being held on 9 assembly seats in UP today. In this time's voting, the reputation of the ruling BJP and the opposition Samajwadi Party is at stake. 

UP by-election 
The UP by-election is being seen as the semi-final of the UP Assembly Elections 2027.

Samajwadi Party Candidate
Early in the morning, SP candidate from Kundarki seat Haji Rizwan has cast his vote. 

He has accused the police of stopping the voters. Rizwan said that voters are being turned away saying that you come after 10 o'clock. (with Agency inputs)
