UP Board exams begin
The exams were deferred due to the state assembly elections, an official told while informing that at 7.30 a.m., the class 10th exam started with the Hindi paper while that of class 12th started with Military Science.
Lucknow: The exams for classes 10th and 12th for the Uttar Pradesh Board began on Thursday, education officials said.

Secretary of the Board, Shail Yadav informed that 11,413 centre have been made across the state for conducting the exams.
About 34 lakh students are appearing for the class 10 exams and 26.56 lakh students for class 12th. (IANS)
