UP: 3 Nepalese citizens killed, 4 critical as SUV overturns in Balrampur

Balrampur: Three Nepalese citizens were killed and four others critically injured when their SUV headed to Varanasi overturned here while trying to avoid a cyclist, police said on Friday.

According to Dynamite News, Tulsipur Circle Officer (CO) Brijnandan Rai said that the accident took place in Jarwa police station area late Thursday evening, when the vehicle going from Dang district of Nepal to Varanasi was carrying 10 people including the driver.

The officer said, the driver lost control of the vehicle while trying to save a cyclist near Nagai Basaidih village. 

A 70-years-old, Praveer Khatri died on the spot. Six other passengers were seriously injured and were rushed to hospital. Balrampur police officer said Yuvraj (38) and Dhanbali (80) died during treatment, while the remaining four are in critical condition.
