New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented her 8th consecutive Budget today, highest by any Finance Minister, reports Dynamite News correspondent. 

Union Finance Minster announces PM Dhan Dhyan Krishi Yojana. Nirmala Sitharaman says it will benefit 1.7 crore farmers.

Centre to launch 6-year program for Atamnirbharta (self-reliance) in pulses with special focus on tur, urad, and masoor, Sitharaman said. 

New Fund of Funds for Startups
New Fund of Funds for Startups to be set up to power Entrepreneurship: FM said. Fresh contribution of another Rs. 10,000 crore, in addition to existing government contribution of Rs. 10,000 crore New Scheme for 5 lakh Women, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes first-time entrepreneurs.

National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management to be set up in Bihar, says Finance Minister.

Sharing his thought on the Budget 2025, senior Samajwadi Party MP Ram Gopal Yadav said: "He does not have any hope with this budget."

M Nagaraju, Secretary, Department of Financial Services also arrived at Parliament.

Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav arrives at Parliament ahead of the Budget. Talking to reporters, he slammed Yogi Govt over the alleged Maha Kumbh mismanagement.  

Senior BJP MP Naveen Jindal said: "I think this budget will be in the interest of every section of society."
