'Traitor remark': Police visits Kunal Kamra's Mumbai home

Mumbai: A Mumbai Police team on Monday reached the residence of stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra in a case related to an FIR over his saterical joke on Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
Reacting to the visit, the comedian called it a waste of time & public resources.

He took to X and wrote: "Going to an address where I haven’t lived for the last 10 Years is a waste of your time & public resources…"
Notably, he was summoned by the police for questioning in connection with the case on March 31, but he did not appear before it, following which cops visited his home in Mumbai.
