Three workers charred to death in Delhi's Anand Vihar

The deceased have been identified as Jaggi, 30, and his brothers Shyam Singh (40) and Kanta Prasad (37). All were the residents of Auraiya in Uttar Pradesh. Read further on Dynamite News:

New Delhi: Three labourers were charred to death after a massive fire erupted at a makeshift tent in East Delhi's Anand Vihar, officials said on Tuesday.  

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the tragic incident occurred on the intervining night of Monday and Tuesday.

The Fire department received a call around 2:20 am on Tuesday and dispatched three fire tenders to the spot.

The deceased have been identified as Jaggi, 30, and his brothers Shyam Singh (40) and Kanta Prasad (37). All were the residents of Auraiya in Uttar Pradesh who were working as labourers here, according to police. The Police added that they were killed due to asphyxiation.

The deceased were working with the Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) and living in the makeshift tent near on Manglam Road, the police further said.
