Three men wanted for allegedly stabbing and looting a delivery boy of an online food portal have been arrested in south Delhi's Fatehpur Beri area.
New Delhi: Three men wanted for allegedly stabbing and looting a delivery boy of an online food portal have been arrested in south Delhi's Fatehpur Beri area, police said on Wednesday.
The accused had robbed the delivery boy after stabbing him in the Maidangarhi area on the intervening night of January 18-19, they said.

Police identified the three as Lalit (25), Karan (22) and Mohd Zaid (22).

With their arrest, police claimed to have solved nine cases of robbery and snatching.
"The three men were caught on Tuesday by a police team deployed for picket checking near Aya Nagar in the area of Fatehpur Beri police station," said Atul Kumar Thakur, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South).

Two button-actuated knives, one country-made pistol, one car, one motorcycle and nine mobile phones were recovered from them, he said.
A case under the Arms Act was registered in this connection, Thakur said. (PTI)
