Ghaziabad: Thousands of people participated in the Ghaziabad Marathon 2025 organised under the call and guidance of senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former Member of Parliament Dr Anil Agarwal, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
The 'Ghaziabad Marathon 2025' was organized on the theme of 'Fitness With Akhand Bharat' in Rajnagar Extension here in Ghaziabad on Sunday.
'Krida Bharti' gave this event the form of a mass movement full of public awareness campaign, health consciousness and patriotism.
More than 4 thousand city residents from 12 to 70 years of age, including a large number of women, participated in this Marathon. Besides many youth also gathered in the Marathon.
Through this Marathon, a message of better health and fitness was given to the city dwellers and common people.

Spiritual Energy
Sunil Kaushal Maharaj and Navneet Priya Das Maharaj filled the event with spiritual energy.
The organizers tried to celebrate it like a festival, in which music, dance and fitness related workshops were organized. The organizers said that such programs help in uniting people and motivating them towards a healthy lifestyle.
This race, organized under the guidance of former Rajya Sabha MP Dr Anil Agarwal, started from Central Avenue Marketing Complex and ended at KW Delhi 6 Marketing Complex.
During the Marathon, former international football player Prahlad Singh Rawat gave a message to the youth by doing pushups on the stage in the program. Long distance runner Mahipal Singh also participated in the marathon with full enthusiasm.

A health check-up camp and physiotherapy camp were also organized for the participants at the closing venue. After finishing the race, people came in turn to the camp and got their BP etc. checked. Apart from this, Juba and yoga sessions were also organized.
In the programme organized at the closing venue, former Rajya Sabha MP Dr Anil Agarwal said that the main objective of this event was to make people aware about health.
Marathon Rank Holders
Rishabh Tewatia came first in this marathon and Kavita came second. Here, everyone was honored with a symbol by KW Delhi 6 Mall owner Pankaj Jain.
On this occasion, former Rajya Sabha member Dr. Anil Agarwal, MLA Sanjeev Sharma, Ajit Pal Tyagi, Mayor Sunita Dayal, Devendra Hitkari, Rahul Goyal, Sushil Sharma, Navneet Priyadas, Pankaj Jain, Sanjeev Gupta and Praveen Gupta and other dignitaries were present.
