Terror-Funding Case: Cybercrime accused in MP Police's custody falls to death in Gurugram

New Delhi: A 23-year-old man, apprehended in Sohna by the Madhya Pradesh Police in a cybercrime case allegedly linked to terror-funding, fell to death from the balcony of a third-floor hotel room in Gurugram while trying to escape, the Haryana Police said on Thursday.


A man, who was detained by Madhya Pradesh Police in a case related to terror-funding case, fell to death from the third floor of a hotel in Gurugram while trying to escape from the police custody, the Haryana Police said on Thursday. 


According to Dynamite News correspondent, the incident was reported from Sohna in Gurugram district on Tuesday.

Bihar 
The deceased, who was identified as Himanshu Kumar, originally hailed from Bihar, was apprehended on Tuesday by the Madhya Pradesh Police's anti-terror squad. 

MP police kept him in hotel
He was kept in the hotel and had to produce before the court by the MP police to secure his transit remand to take him to MP.

Kumar was rushed to a nearby hospital, but he could not be saved.

Magisterial Inquiry
