Hyderabad: Six members of a gang, including their woman leader, were held for the kidnap and sexual assault of a minor girl in Warangal. The Police said that the gang also tried to force the girl into prostitution.

Police Commissioner Statement
Warangal Police Commissioner, in a release, said, "The Warangal Police have arrested a gang of six individuals, including a minor girl and a woman, for kidnapping a minor girl and attempting to force her into prostitution."
The police also arrested a juvenile in connection with the case.

The arrested people include Musku Latha, a minor girl, Abdul Afnan, Shaik Sailani Baba, Mohammed Altaf and Mirza Faiz Beg alias Wadood.
The Police said that the minor girl was missing on March 11 and a FIR was registered in Mills Colony Police station. During the investigation the girl was found near Mulugu and was rescued, the Police added.
