Atul Subhash Suicide: Nikita Singhania files bail plea in High Court

Jaunpur: Nikita Singhania, wife of deceased Atul Subhash, filed an application for anticipatory bail in Allahabad High Court. Her mother and brother are aloso included in the bail plea.
Atul Subhash 'dies by suicide'
The 34-year-old techie allegedly died by suicide last Sunday after alleging harassment by his wife Nikita and her family.

According to Dynamite News correcpondent, the anticipatory bail application could be taken up by the court next week.
In the case, the Bengaluru police reached Nikita Singhania's home in Jaunpur on Thursday to investigate the matter. The family members have been directed to appear and record their statements within 3 days. A notice has also been put up at Nikita's house in this regard.

To avoid the arrest, the accused filed an anticipatory bail petition through his lawyers on December 12. The petition was registered on December 13.
FIR launched in the case
Earlier on Wednesday, Bengaluru Police lodged an FIR on the complaint filed by Atul Subhash's family against 4 people, including the techie's wife.
