New Delhi: A three-judge bench headed by the Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud on Wednesday delivered a historic verdict on the petition of senior journalist Manoj Tibrewal Aakash. In fact, the Supreme Court delivered this historic verdict in the case of demolition of the ancestral house of senior journalist Manoj Tibrewal Aakash in Maharajganj district of UP on 13 September 2019 with bulldozers without due legal process.
