Stricter curbs imposed in Delhi-NCR after air pollution worsened

New Delhi: The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on Wednesday imposed GRAP 4 restrictions in Delhi-NCR due to deteriorating air quality, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

The restrictions include a compete ban on all construction and demolition activities and on the entry of trucks carrying non-essential goods in the national capital. 

Air Quality Index
The AQI of the national capital increased sharply to 386 on Wednesday and is expected to cross the 400 mark.
