New Delhi: Samajwadi Party Lok Sabha MP Dimple Yadav on Friday sought an impartial probe into the recent violence in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal.
Speaking outside Parliament, the Mainpuri MP said: "We need impartial probe into the Sambhal violence. I hope that a fair probe will be done under the supervision of the Supreme Court. It's very important issue."

She also commented on the frequent disruptions in Parliament, saying she hopeful that the govt will function the house on Monday.

"We hope that the house will function on Monday. We want the Sambhal violence to be discussed in the Lok Sabha. We want to put facts before the house," she said.
Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court asked the Trial court not to proceed with the survey of the Shahi Idgah Masjid in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal till the committee of the Mosque approached the Allahabad High Court to challenge the trial court's order.
Court urges peace and harmony
The Apex Court also urged maintaining the peace and harmony in the area where the violence was erupted following the court-mandated survey of the Mosque in which five people were killed.
