Veteran journalist Anoop Kumar dies of cardiac arrest, leaving media world in shock
Senior journalist D Anoop Kumar died of a massive heart attack yesterday in Manali where he had gone along with his family to welcome the new year. His sudden demise has left the media world in shock and wonder.
New Delhi: Senior journalist D Anoop Kumar died of a massive heart attack yesterday in Manali where he had gone along with his family to welcome the new year.
Kumar has been working with national media for about 20 years. His sudden demise has left the media world in shock and wonder.

His body was brought to Chandigarh from where it is flown to AIIMS in New Delhi for postmortem before being sent to Mysuru, Karnataka. His last rites will be performed in Gokulam. Kumar originally belonged to Ernakulam, Kerala.

Kumar has worked as a senior journalist in many national media including Dynamite News, Times Now, India Today Group and ETV.

A condolence meeting was held at the headquarters of Dynamite News in New Delhi and heart felt tributes were paid to the departed soul.
