Delhi Excise Policy: Supreme Court grants interim bail to CM Kejriwal in ED case

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, arrested by ED in the money laundering case related to the Delhi Excise Policy.
While granting the bail the SC said, " Arvind Kejriwal has suffered incarceration for more than 90 days. He is an elected leader and it is upto him whether he wants to continue in the role or not."

The Apex Court has granted Kejriwal interim bail in ED case but he may have to remain in jail in the CBI case.
Kejriwal's case will now be heard by a larger bench of three judges. This bench will be constituted by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud.
