Supreme Court-appointed three-member committee reaches Judge Yashwant Varma's residence in Delhi in connection with a case related to recovery of cash at the Judge's residence. Read further on Dynamite News:

New Delhi: A three-member panel, which was formed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna to probe allegations against Delhi HC Judge Yashwant Varma, on Tuesday reached the official residence of the Judge to probe the allegations. 

Earlier on Monday, the Apex Court recommended transfer of Justice Yashwant Varma to the Allahabad High Court. The development came after a huge pile of cash was reportedly recovered from Justice Varma's residence.

According to Dynamite News correspondent, the three-member committee included Justice Sheel Nagu, Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court; Justice G.S. Sandhawalia, Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court; and Justice Anu Sivaraman, a judge from Karnataka High Court.

Notably,  the Delhi High Court Chief Justice was directed by the Apex Court not to assign judicial work to Justice Varma.
