SC allows JAL to deposit money in FD for home buyers

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday accepted the demand of the home buyers and allowed JAL to pay in fixed deposits in connection with Jaypee Infratech case.

In the last hearing before the apex court, all the directors of the Jaypee Associates Ltd appeared before it and replied to the queries put forth by the top court.

The case was heard by a three-judge bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra. (ANI)
