Russia: 15 Killed, 5 Injured After A Fire At A Café In Kostroma

Moscow: Atleast 15 people were killed and 5 others injured after a fire broke out at a café in Kostroma on Saturday.

According to reports, the fire broke out  in the early hours after someone apparently used a flare gun during a dispute, authorities said.

Rescuers were able to evacuate 250 people. The governor of the Kostroma region, Sergei Sitnikov, said five people were slightly injured and received medical assistance.
