RS Polls: Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi wins from West Bengal

Kolkata: Senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi has won the Rajya Sabha seat from West Bengal on Friday. 

After winning the seat, Singhvi said, ''It is humbling and uplifting, it is a result of cooperation between different groups and MLAs."

Congress won one seat in West Bengal whereas other four seats are occupied by All India Trinamool Congress.
