Lucknow: The Budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly today got off to a rough start with opposition's rant on the law and order situation in the state disrupting the Question Hour.

As repeated pleas of Speaker Hridaynarain Dixit to the agitated members to return to their seats and maintain order went unheeded, he adjourned the House for ten minutes for the frayed tempers to cool. (PTI)
