"Pappu says he wants to become the Prime Minister. So there is Mayawati, Akhilesh Yadav, Pappu and now Pappi has also stepped in. Was she not the daughter of the country earlier? Was she not the daughter of Congress? Was she not the daughter of Sonia family earlier. What new she has brought?" Sharma said addressing a public gathering in Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier in the day, BJP MLA Surendra Narayan Singh passed a misogynistic remark against Mayawati and said that the former chief minister is a hedonist who 'takes facial everyday' and 'colours her hair" to look young.
