Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Monday reserved its judgement on the appeals filed by the West Bengal government and the the CBI, challenging the life sentence given to RG Kar hospital rape-murder convict Sanjay Roy by a trail court.
'Life Imprisonment Inadequate'
The pleas argued the Sealdah sessions court's decision to give life sentence to the sole convict in the crime was inadequate.
