Abu Dhabi: Rajya Sabha Shiv Sena MP from Maharashtra and former Union Minister Milind Deora addressed Indian origin Chartered Accountants from Gulf countries and other places at the Annual International Seminar hosted here in Abu Dhabhi, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
Deora said that our CAs are making India proud and striving for excellence internationally.
India And Global Issues
Speaking on current global issues, Rajya Sabha MP said that in our country, from Indira Gandhi to Atal Bihari Vajpayee to Dr Manmohan Singh to now Narendra Modi, everyone worked together and gave a strong message of our sovereignty to the world. He said that when it comes to our sovereignty, when it comes to India being a responsible nuclear power, India speaks in one voice.

Deora further said that And I think those, that style of leadership, that style of politics, is essential, not just for India, but for the world. Because I think when we look at how divided the world is, how divided Western democracies are in terms of their politics, we see what's happening between Ukraine and Russia, we see what's happening in the Middle East.
"Due to its spiritual and philosophical tradition, India is diplomatically capable of taking the world towards peace. And one day our country will become a solution to global problems," added Deora.
Meeting With Maharashtra Board
In another program in Abu Dhabi, he met the officials of the Maharashtra Board and appreciated their contribution in preserving the culture of Maharashtra.

Dinner With UAE Minister
Over a dinner with UAE Minister of Tolerance & Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, in Abu Dhabi, Milind Deora said that Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan is my best friend and I am honoured to meet him.
He further said that I am always grateful for his warmth, wisdom and commitment to strengthening India-UAE ties, so ably led by our PM Narendra Modi.
