Rajasthan: Man jumps before train following quarrel with wife

Kota: A man died after allegedly jumping in front of a moving train on Delhi-Mumbai railway line in front of his wife following an altercation in Kota, official said on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Dilraj Meena, 23, who originally hailed from Sawai Madhopur district.
According to police, Dilraj allegedly took the extreme step even his wife rushed to stop him, as per relatives' accounts.

The police said that investigation is on to ascertain the exact circumstances that led to his death, as the deceased man is said to have posted a text on his WhatsApp status, suggesting that something untoward was going to happen to him.
The couple, who married last year, was preparing for the Staff Selection Commission exam, police said.
A case under Section 194 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been lodged.
