Rahul Gandhi, Harish Rawat booked for violating Model Code of Conduct
According to Haridwar SSP Krishna, "A case has been lodged for holding road show beyond campaigning time and use of loudspeakers after 10 p.m."
Haridwar: A case has been registered against Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat and party's candidate Braham Swaroop Brahmachari for violating the model code of conduct on Tuesday, just a day before the state goes for polling, reported the police officials.
According to Haridwar SSP Krishna, "A case has been lodged for holding road show beyond campaigning time and use of loudspeakers after 10 p.m."

In the last leg of the election campaign, the Congress vice-president and Chief Minister Rawat also took part in Ganga Aarti at city's Har Ki Pauri late night on Sunday.
