Mumbai: In a significant development, the Maharashtra government on Saturday evening allocated portfolios to the ministers, reports Dynamite News correspondent.  

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will keep the home ministry and Law & Judiciary while deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has got urban development and public works, according to the notification issued by the government.

Meanwhile, Deputy CM Ajit Pawar received Finance & Planning and Excise department. 

Besides, BJP's Pankaja Mude gets the charge of Environment, Climate Change & Animal husbandry.
