PM Modi thanks people for active participation through 'Mann-Ki-Baat'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday thanked people for active participation in his monthly radio broadcast programme Mann-Ki-Baat and said the initiative has able to generate a sense of positive feeling among the people.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday thanked people for active participation in his monthly radio broadcast programme Mann-Ki-Baat and said the initiative has able to generate a sense of positive feeling among the people.

"In Mann-Ki-Baat the voice may be mine, but the emotions and spirit are of the common people. All suggestions and comments made through this platform have been very close to me," Prime Minister said in his monthly radio broadcast 'Mann ki Baat' through All India Radio.

The radio broadcast - that comes every last Sunday of every month was started in October 2014 and completes 50 episodes on Sunday.

He expressed satisfaction that the success of the radio broadcast has been such that many programmes and schemes highlighted through Mann-Ki-Baat have become part of social movements. (UNI)
