Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday met Murli Manohar Joshi to greet the BJP veteran on his 86th birthday.
New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday met Murli Manohar Joshi to greet the BJP veteran on his 86th birthday.
The prime minister drove down to Joshi's residence to extend his wishes.

Joshi's office said the prime minister spent around 30 minutes with the leader.

Earlier in the day, Modi took to Twitter to greet the former Union minister, saying the BJP veteran has been unwavering when it comes to safeguarding national interests and furthering national progress.
Joshi, a former Union minister and a veteran parliamentarian, was born on this day in 1934 in Nainital, now in Uttarakhand.
