Main points of Milind Deora’s speech in the Rajya Sabha

New Delhi: Milind Deora, a senior parliamentarian and member of the Rajya Sabha, on Monday delivered speech during a debate on the Constitution.

During his speech, he criticized the opposition for seeking to return to ballot paper.
