New Delhi: A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court, challenging the election victory of Ex-Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Atishi from Kalkaji Assembly seat. The petition alleges corrupt practices during the Delhi Assembly polls.
The plea will be heard on Wednesday by Justice Jyoti Singh.

The plea was filed by Kamaljit Singh Duggal and Ayush Rana who accused Atishi and her election agents of corrupt practices during the polls.
She won Kalkaji constituency in the assembly election by a margin of 3,500 votes after Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Lok Sabha MP Ramesh Bidhuri and Congress' Alka Lamba.
