Over 6 kg heroin seized in Punjab
Punjab Police recovered five packets of heroin (5 kg) during a search operation carried out in the area of responsibility of Border Out Post Dona Telu Mal, in Sector Ferozepur.
Ferozepur: More than six kg of heroin was seized by Border Security Force (BSF) and Punjab Police officials in three separate incidents in the state today.
In the first case, BSF and Special Task Force (STF) of Punjab Police recovered five packets of heroin (5 kg) during a search operation carried out in the area of responsibility of Border Out Post Dona Telu Mal, in Sector Ferozepur, a BSF official said.

The packets were found buried under a 'berry' tree.
