Nine killed in platform collapse at power plant in south China
The incident took place at No. 7 Thermal Power Plant in the provincial capital Guangzhou.

Guangzhou: At least nine people were killed and two others sustained injuries after an operation platform collapsed at a power plant in south China’s Guangdong Province on Saturday.
According to sources with the local government of the outer Conghua district as saying that the incident took place at No. 7 Thermal Power Plant in the provincial capital Guangzhou this morning.

The power plant, which is located in Conghua, is still under construction.
