Nigeria: School building collapses in Plateau; 22 killed, 132 injured

Abuja: At least 22 students were killed after the two-story Saints Academy college in Plateau state’s Busa Buji community collapsed shortly after students arrived for classes.
Many of the students were 15 years old or younger.

Authorities said that more than 100 people are trapped in the rubble.
A total of 154 students were initially trapped in the rubble. However 132 of them had been rescued and are being treated in various hospitals, said Plateau police spokesperson Alfred Alabo. (with Agency inputs)
