New York: Actor Michelle Trachtenberg, best known for featuring in Nickelodeon TV series as child actor, passed away at 39, New York Police said.
The actor was also known for roles in series including "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Gossip Girl.
Police received a call on Wednesday just after 8 a.m. local time. Their team rushed to spot and found a woman unconscious and unresponsive inside a Manhattan apartment. She was later identified as Trachtenberg, CNN reported, citing police spokesperson.

Emergency medical workers responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased.
'No foul play suspected'
Police said that foul play was not suspected.
